Happy New Year! BCBH, Inc will be closed on January 1, 2025 in observance of the holiday
Children are taught beginner board games, basic rules, & how to play against other opponents. They’ll learn through modeling, positive reinforcement, group, individual & paired play.
Children are exploring different make & create projects using blocks, magna-tiles, and LEGOs. They will also work on robotic boards, & learn to create anime and comic books!
In this class children will participate in activities like painting, coloring, drawing, LEGOs, origami, pottery, & slime. They’ll have many opportunities to develop executive functioning & cognitive skills as well as to build fine motor skills, creativity, & confidence.
Exploring through the senses. Students will explore various sensory activities like having access to our sensory room which contains building blocks, swings, weighted blankets, an interactive wall panel, sensory bins & more.
Navigating social relationships can be difficult. Our camps are designed to provide direction and solutions to difficult situations. Your child will learn through lessons, modeling, role-play, feedback, and positive reinforcement.
We do this through fun activities, games, and lessons to help the campers learn many skills like disagreeing politely, respecting personal boundaries, sportsmanship, learning how to ask for help, compromising, empathy, including others, decision making, learning how to make friends, setting friendship boundaries, and initiating conversation.
